Sunflower Ruby Eclipse
Ruby Eclipse is and early bloomer, well before most other sunflowers in the same height range. 6-8 in., cream-colored, pollen-free flowers have dark faces and ruby red central rings that vary in width, fading into the petal tips as flowers mature. Freely branching plants grow 4-5½ feet tall, in an attractive, fountain-like shape.
