Rosemary Barbecue
(Rosmarinus officinalis) – Pungent variety. Stems can be used as barbecue skewers. This plant has great fragrance. When it is brushed on a hot grill, the fragrance is intensified and it flavors the meat.
Available in 4" pots
HOW TO USE: An excellent subject for topiary standards and containers. Leaves are popular for seasoning meats, stews, and sauces.
