Potato Russet Burbank
The Russet Burbank Potato variety was originally “discovered” in the 1870’s and was formally named and identified in 1914. This russet skinned, white fleshed potato is by far the most widely grown potato in North America. This potato is superb for baking and is unmatched for French fry quality. This potato has a maturation time of 110-120 days and stores well for a long period when kept in a cool, dry location.
