Large, elongated onion bulb, firm with a light brown skin and a mild to sweet onion flavour. The Spanish onion is great for salsa, sauces and cooking. Using onion sets allows you to skip the step of planting onion seed indoors. This onion is a great in season onion with moderate shelf life.
