(Origanum majorana or Majorana hortensis) – Sweetly flavored leaves are used in meats, eggs, and sausages. Also great in Italian and Greek cooking. Sweeter flavor than Oregano. Versatile selection with gray-green, pleasantly scented foliage complemented by tiny white flowers. Provides a treat for the senses.

HOW TO USE: Attractive in rock gardens and containers, or as a windowsill plant. Excellent for adding flavor to soups, sauces, fish and meat dishes.
