Jade Cross Brussels Sprouts
Early maturing. Deep green sprouts are spaced closely on medium sized plants. Firm, oval-shaped, medium sized sprouts. Holds well in adverse weather. Maturity approximately 100 days.

Brussels Spouts prefer full sun, but will tolerate part shade. To encourage development of the upper sprouts, pinch out the growing tip of the plant in late summer. Harvest sprouts as needed from the bottom of the stalk when they are about 1-11⁄2 inches in diameter. The sprouts will develop a sweeter flavour after a few light frosts.
