Echinacea Purpurea Mellow Yellows
Echinacea purpurea ‘Mellow Yellows’ displays large flowers with light yellow and gold petals surrounding an orange center cone, displayed on sturdy, upright stems. A compact, clumping perennial. Coneflowers attract songbirds and butterflies.
Easy to grow in any well-drained soil. Echinacea requires little water once established. Plant in mixed borders, cutting gardens and mass plantings. Deadhead regularly for continuous blooms, but leave last coneflower heads for birds.
