Ctenanthe setosa is an evergreen perennial from Central & South America. It likes a shady, warm, sheltered position and is a popular houseplant choice. Its stunning foliage has contrasting silver leaves with bold dark green herringbone patterns and striking purple undersides. Many cultivars have been developed from this species.
