Also known as Bachelor’s Buttons. These striking bi-color 1-2” diameter flowers come in a range of white, true blues, pinks, and purples. Flowers bloom summer through fall attracting pollinators, beneficial insects and repelling deer. Textural flowers add interest to gardens, and fresh or dried floral arrangements. Flowers are als edible with a very mild floral flavor making them a perfect addition to decorating salads or desserts. If flowers are left to produce seed they will freely self-sow.
