Celeriac Large Smooth Prague
Large Smooth Prague celeriac is also commonly referred to as ‘Giant Prague’ and has been a staple varietal of celeriac for gardeners in the US since the late 1800s. As its name would suggest, the bulbs produced by this plant tend to be quite large, reaching up to 8″ in diameter. Bulbs are pure white in color on the inside with a tan outer skin that should be removed before consuming.
